Order Status
Has my order shipped?
	Your orders typically will ship out within 1-2 business days. If there is a problem with an order with a back stocked item we will typically inform you of delayed shipping. If you have any questions or concerns you can also call our customer support. Once your order has shipped our system will automatically send you a shipping confirmation email. Within that email is an invoice of your ordered prodcuts and a link to track your package throughout the shipping process. Also, after placing your order you can also track your package by clicking the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to track the status of your order.
How do I change quantities or cancel an item in my order?
	If at any point in time before you've received a shipping confirmation email that you need to change quantities and/or cancel an item within your order then contact our support team ASAP. Our general rule of thumb is to general cancel your existing order and having you re-order everything, it makes the refund and reorder process much easier for both parties. NOTE: Please be aware that once an order has begun processing or has shipped then the order is no longer editable. Once it's shipped the customer will either have to return the product(s) to get a refund or do a separate transaction if you need purchase additional merchandise. The faster you get with us the faster we can resolve any and all issues with an order!
How do I track my order?
	Tracking an order is simple...just check your email! Our system will automatically send you an email when you place an order and when it ships. When an order ships, our system will automatically send you a shipping email confirmation with your order number and detailed tracking of your shipment. When your order has been shipped our system automatically sends you an updated email with a package tracking number. If you never received a tracking confirmation email, that means your order has yet to ship. If you have any other problems or concerns feel free to contact our support team. But be please, always be aware that shipment processing can take up to 1-2 business days (not including holidays and weekends) so we can adaquetly process and pack your order.
My order never arrived.
	We're sorry to hear that your order never arrived! Unfortunately, once your package leaves our warehouse it's whereabouts and shipping is entirely out of our hands and is handled solely by the postal service. Sometimes there can package mix-up's so be sure to wait a day or two before contacting your local post office for its whereabouts. Also be sure that you shipped it to the correct address because if not, it will be returned back to us. If there is a major issue, feel free to contact our team and we'll see how we can best assist you!
An item is missing from my shipment.
	Missing an item(s) from your order? We're sorry about that. Be aware that sometimes under certain circumstances we do ship two separate packages for one single order transaction. If there was only one package sent out and there is still something missing please contact customer service for assistance so we can give you a refund on your missing merchandise or figure out the best way to get you your missing item(s)!
My product is missing parts and/or instructions
	Product missing parts or instructions? We're sorry about that! To get you your correct product with the correct parts please contact our customer service so we can arrange how to best get you the rest of your products and/or instructions.
When will my backorder arrive?
	While back-order items are typically unlikely they sometimes do occur. In the event of this we will often get the back-ordered stock items back in stock within a few business days. In the event that you order includes a back-stocked item(s) we will generally be in contact with you ASAP to notify you of a delayed period of shipping. All back-ordered items remain a main priority and as soon as we have your desired product back in stock your order will ship out same day.
