International Shipping
Are my shipping rates subject to change?
  Yes, if you are an international customer (outside of the U.S.) then your initial given shipping rate is subject to change. Our systems are not complex enough to understand the nature of international shipping. Meaning, at initial checkout it assigns a base price for your designated country that is mostly likely to change. If a shipping charge is incorrect then we will contact you directly as soon as we can, we will not change it without your knowledge and approval. If you feel as though your shipping charges are too high then you are free to cancel. If you decide to cancel your items after your shipment is processed and shipped out then it is out of our hands.
Do you ship to my country?
  Being a company based out the USA, we do ship all over the continental U.S. and to Canada. We also ship to SOME overseas countries. We ship to the following: Australia, Belgium, Brazil, Canada, Finland, France,Germany, India, Israel, Malaysia, New Zealand, Norway, Sweden and the UK. If you don't see your country on the list then contact customer support to discuss the possibility of shipping to your desired location. For international orders we often suggest that you contact us via telephone or email BEFORE you place your order so we can talk you through the process of selecting products and shipping methods.
What are my payment choices?
  Our tried and true shipping process is through the United States Postal Service. If you'd like to ship another route then feel free to contact us to arrange something else. For Domestic (North American) orders our typical payment methods are through PayPal or from credit card. In care cases, if you contact us we will sometimes also accept checks. Please note that we will not ship your order until we receive payment from you first. For international orders we commonly only take payments from credit cards and through PayPal.
When will my order ship and what are my shipping charges?
  While shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information, for international orders it is often WRONG. In the event that the shipping charges are incorrect, we will be in contact with you immediately. We will not charge your account more for shipping without your permission first. If you decide that the shipping charges are too high, you reserve the right to cancel an order BEFORE it has shipped out. During the shipping process, we will only charge you for the difference between the old and the new shipping charge.


What is the return policy?
  With International Shipping charges being to high, if they buyer would like to return their item(s) they will be solely responsible for all and any shipping costs. Prior to returning your item(s) you should still be in contact with your customer service team to better assist you with the return process.
