How do I create an account?
  Thank you for deciding to create an account with us! Follow these three easy steps:
1)
Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right side of our site.
2) Enter your email address.
3) Select "I am a new customer".

Then simply follow the prompts to complete setting up your account. Your information is NEVER sold to any other company and is kept completely private. We NEVER store ANY credit card information. We only keep your name, shipping and billing addresses, and your phone number to make your next checkout experience with us a breeze. You will typically only need to re-enter your payment information during every transaction once you've created an account with us. Please view our Privacy Policy for more information.
How do I edit my account information?
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to edit your account information. If that doesn't seem to work, you can contact our support team and we can update your account information for you!
How much is my shipping?
  Located within the continental US our shipping cost is generally a flat rate shipping charge of roughly or around $7.99

Shipping prices can be tricky, especially in you're located outside of the US. If you're within the U.S. the our shipping charges will automatically be calculated prior to submitting your payment information. To view these charges simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices. It generally a flat rate shipping charge of roughly or around $7.99. If you are located outside of the U.S. it will give you a baseline shipping amount (that is often NOT correct) and because it is often not correct we will either call you or email you directly with your new shipping costs. Because of the nature of international shipping costs, if you feel that your new updated shipping costs are too high then you are free to cancel your order.

I forgot my password.
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site. Under the login box you'll see a link that says "Forgot your password? Click here". That link will send an email to you with your password.
How do I return my product?
  Product Returns
Returning a product is simple, just contact us! But please be aware that we advise that you must contact us within 14 days of your receipt. If you wish to make a return, you will have to pay the return shipping costs of your return. Due to the measuring/re-measuring and re-stocking of items, all returns are subject to a flat and nonnegotiable 10% return fee. Depending on your payment methods, you will be refunded by one of these three payment methods: cash, store credit or a refund to your credit card. If you wish to make a return after the 14 day time frame, your return will be at the sole discretion of Crimpcity.com as to if we will accept it or not. Before making ANY returns, prior or after the 14 days cut off, please be sure to contact our support staff to request a RMA number prior to your return of product(s). Please be aware that if any of your returned product(s) shows an signs of damage (cut, stripped, used, etc) your refund claim will be denied.

Missing Products/Wrong Products Shipped
While it is not often, mix-ups can occur. In the event of an incorrect product, whether it be that we sent you the wrong product, not enough of a product, or no product at all, please contact our customer support. Any damaged and/or missing items to your order must be reported to our customer support team within 3 business days of receipt of package in order for us to make the needed adjustments. In the result that we had a fulfillment error on our behalf that resulted in you getting shipped the wrong products, please contact our support team within 30 days of initial purchase so we can get you your correct products.

I received the wrong product.
  If you feel as though you have received the wrong product then please contact customer service within 72 hours of receiving the product.
What is your return policy?
  Our Product Return Policy:

  • Always be sure to contact us before you return your item(s). It will ensure no miscommunication and a smoother return process for both parties.
  • Our general rule of thumb is: customers have14 days to get in contact with us so we can discuss your return details. Return requests after the 14 day mark will be left under the discretion of crimpcity.com as to whether or not we will accept your return request.
  • Before making ANY returns be sure to contact us to obtain a RMA number.
  • If a customer wishes to make a return then they will be responsible for all and any return shipping costs.
  • Due to the way our system works and the complexity of our wiring system we aren't able to quickly add/exchange merchandise. Because of this, on returns you will be charged a flat and nonnegotiable 10% re-measuring and re-stocking fee.
  • Return payment methods will only be paid back to customers in: store credit, refund applied to your credit card from the original payment, and cash (under special circumstances).
  • If at any given time during the return process we feel as though the product(s) show any signs of being damaged (cut, stripped, used, etc) your refund will be denied.

When will my order ship?
  You will receive a shipment confirmation when your order has shipped and tracking information within 24-48 hours of shipment. Most orders will be shipped out within 1-2 business days. While we do sometimes ship on weekends, there are no guarantees that we will. Most orders placed on Friday afternoons will not be shipped until the next business day. If we have an issue with a product or something is back stocked we will contact the customer if the shipping process will be delayed.
